Old People

Answering the question does help, doesn't it?

So I work at an Applebees as a hostess and yesterday a bunch of old people walk in -- six of them. I ask this lady if a table is good and I get no real response so I ask again and she goes, "Fine, fine" like it's some big fucking chore just to answer me. So I move these heavy tables, set up the chairs, and fix it when this guy goes, "I get in and out of a booth much easier!" Fuck you.
I then have to move the tables and wait for these people to slide in the biggest booth we have (made for 10) and then go and deal with more idiots.

Old people shouldn't drive

First of all, I respect my elders as much as the next guy. The problem I have is when I see some old fart cruising down the freeway at a blistering 35mph, when the rest of the traffic is flowing at 75-80mph, he's really putting himself and others in danger. Once you hit a certain age, it should be mandatory to get vision and reflex tests in order to maintain your license. I may think differently about this in 40 years, but ya know what? If I'm not able to maintain safety on the road, I shouldn't fucking be on it, no matter what my age. And, neither should anyone else.
