WHO AM I - Transfer Hell

It drives me nuts when I call a telephone support center for a credit card or computer software support and enter my information at the voice prompts. Then when a human comes online, I have to start all over again. Can't the stupid computer flash the info on the customer service reps screen? Why did the stuuuupid computer ask me the questions in the first place? After telling the computer, the human, and then being transfered, I have to give all the info again. Whats wrong with this picture!!!
