Ok.. so its 1pm and my children and I were really thirsty. We call the local Robeks to confirm their location. The lady answered and confirmed they were on the SW corner. An hour and a half later we show up to find a sign on the door saying their product had not arrived yet but they would be open by NOON. Well the employee obviously knew of this problem when I called at 1 and failed to mention it. So, I call the store and ask when they are going to be open.. she said the product had just arrived and they would be open in 15 mins. 17 mins goes by.. and no one came to unlock the door yet.. so I call again. She tells me the SAME THING. I said "I CALLED 17 mins ago and you told me you would be open in 15 mins!!" She responds with an attitude and says.. well I guess you can come in. So when she let me in.. 4 other customers came in and they didn't have a problem serving ANYONE, so was it really necessary for me to sit out there for 17 mins in the first place!?
